Special Delivery!!!!
Woof!!!! After a long and fun-filled day of play at New York Dog Spa & Hotel yesterday, I was eager to get home and enjoy some R&R. However, as soon as I rolled through my West Village lobby and was told that my assistant received 5 packages, I accepted the fact that there was to be no rest for the weary.
Why, you ask? Because house rules at Chez Mazzie require that I investigate (before opening) every inch and crevice of every package that enters our West Village apartment. And as I’ve said before, you just never know what could be lurking within a seemingly innocuous package!!!! In any case, after thoroughly investigating four packages, I was understandably beginning to lose steam …. until I realized that the fifth package was for me!!!!
That’s right. The package in the chic, girly, pink print box above was for yours truly from Buster, my 2013 Bullytine!!!! You can see him in the picture below. Isn’t he UBER handsome? His boyish charm just oozes through the screen, no?
Buster and I met through a Valentine’s Day fundraiser for Long Island Bulldog Rescue (LIBR), through which we were matched as “Bullytines” in exchange for a $10 donation from each of our assistants. Even though Buster and I aren’t English Bulldogs, we both love helping Bullies in need and the ladies of LIBR were gracious enough to let non-Bullies participate in the fundraiser.

Woof!!!! It appears that those of you who receive my posts via e-mail through Feed My Inbox will no longer be able to do so come 1/10/13. I know, I know. This is inconvenient and a tad annoying, And does anyone really need another “to do” in early January?
